Our hand cut chops come from the most tender part of the lamb loin and resemble mini T-bones. Available as they come or in our delicious gluten-free mint glaze. We recommend taking out of the fridge upto an hour before hand. Season, then sear hot and fast in a pan or bbq, alternatively grill, bake or fry. As always remember to rest before enjoying!
