Rather than using 100% PVC, these magnetic stripe cards are also 40% PET material that is more heat resistant. This prevents card warping caused during exposure to the higher temperatures of laminating or retransfer printing. If you are using a standard direct-to-card printing process (dye-sub) and are not laminating, we recommend saving money and choosing standard PVC cards with magnetic stripe instead.
