All our wireless chargers are compatible with MagSafe enabled phones including iPhones. For non-Apple phones, a magnetic case is required. My phone isn’t MagSafe enabled, how can I wirelessly charge it? By using a magnetic phone case that is MagSafe enabled, you will be able to charge your phone.The PW3R phone cases are MagSafe compatible and support easy wireless charging. Cases are available for the iPhone 14, 15 and 16 ranges and the Samsung S23 and S24 ranges. Is the wireless charger compatible with the latest iPhone? Can I charge two phones on the wireless charger? Yes, wireless output 2 can be used to charge a secondary phone (10W Max) if required. Will the wireless charger charge a tablet? No, wireless chargers are not usually designed to charge tablets. Does the wireless charger support fast charging? Yes, it supports up to 15W (Max) charging speeds. For the best experience, please ensure you are using a compatible 30W mains charger (Min. 18W) to allow fast charging on two devices. Does the wireless charger work without being connected to a power source? No, to function the wireless charger needs to be connected to an external power source. Please use the 1.2m USB-C to USB-C cable provided to connect to a USB plug. Is it normal that my device is getting warm when using wireless charging? Yes, increased temperature is normal when wireless charging. This doesn’t affect the lifespan or performance of the product as electronics can withstand higher temperatures than are generally considered normal. The devices and chargers have in-built temperature sensors that regulate the temperature, stopping charging before the risk of any damage to the device. Why is my device charging slowly? Wireless charging flows slower than wired charging, particularly when compared to fast-charging wired charging.There might be a range of variables why your device is charging more slowly than usual.
