Important: This tool is designed for pruning branches up to 5 mm thick. For bigger branches, we recommend choosing curved secateurs, a pruning saw, or loppers (two-handed shears). The blade, however, is made from traditional carbon steel, very hard but also brittle (more brittle than most people are used to) and prone to rust. Therefore, take good care of this tool, do not abuse it by cutting wires, dry branches and such. After use, we advise cleaning the blades and coating them with plant-based oil.
