We bought 3 heaters from Jeff at BedBug-HeatDoctor, he is fair and has always treated us well. We now have (2) BK-15L units and a BBHD-8 at our properties they work miracles on bed bugs. Set it up and in 8 hours they are gone no chemicals, no waiting on a pest control companies. We recommend these units for anyone that has hotel’s. They pay for themselves in 2 treatments.
