Description Packaging Hot Melt Adhesive H1001 is an outstanding, high-performance hot melt adhesive, specifically designed for product assembly and packaging operations. It is suitable for bonding materials such as paper, board, timber, hardboard, foams and other porous and non-porous materials. Packaging Hot Melt H1001 is translucent tan in appearance, flexible, with good flow characteristics and high tack. The adhesive is used for sealing corrugated boxes and cartons in packaging industries. Case and Tray Forming It is used to form and secure cases and trays that hold products, providing a sturdy structure for transport and display. Pallet Stabilisation To prevent movement or sliding of boxes on a pallet, hot melt adhesive can be applied between layers of boxes. Envelope Production It is used for both sealing envelopes and manufacturing them, especially in commercial quantities.
