Description Hipster Cut Flares, brown, poly/cotton, size M, by ‘Chenaski of Germany’ new. I imported these flares from this manufacturer, they are top quality. They are very low on the rise, so from the top of the waistband to where the legs start under the crouch, is 9″. The hips are 34″, flat lay, and there is no stretch at all, so please check your measurements, they are very slim in the thighs too, length is 114cm. They aren’t hemmed, so you can leave them as they are or hem them shorter if needed.
