VTCT Level 2 Award in nail Technology –  Monday Class – 10am – 4pm Commencing 17th January 2022 for 8 weeks  All prices are inclusive of course fees, mandatory course materials, awarding body registration & exam fees  There is no take home kits and you will be required to purchase brushes for the course which will be yours solely to use This course is ideal for those who have a previous manicure and pedicure qualification and would like to advance and specialise their skills in nail technology. Designed to develop your practical skills in providing and maintaining nail enhancements using either UV gel or liquid and powder nail systems, this course has been created with industry in mind. You will understand and be competent at product placement, blending and tip extensions. Programme Breakdown: Induction, Course Overview, UV Gel Overlay on Natural Nail and Removal Tip Application, UV Gel Enhancement and Removal (Gel) Liquid and Powder Nail Enhancement and Removal (Acrylic) Infills, Re-balance and Removal Wraps Assessment As part of this course you will be required to create a portfolio of evidence, the requirements of this are: Knowledge Work – written work that will be completed at home. 6 Assessments – you will be required to come back to the school for an assessment day. 1 VTCT Theory Paper. Qualification(s) gained VTCT Level 2 Award in Nail Technology Pre-requisites The minimum age for entry to this beauty therapy course is 16 years
